This was the first time I worked really big (well besides the BP/D mural) since college! Honestly, it was so fun to do in the studio and really envelope myself in a painting. I did two of these extra large paintings and this one was just riddled with detail. On a smaller painting, you can’t do that because it just gets muddled and busy but something like this, I feel like your eyes have enough places to rest but you can fit a lot in.
